We met many interior design companies for a wall of fitted wardrobes. WOW were the most responsive by far and guided us through options and details even down to the type of hinges for different doors to make access easy. Initial site visit, production, delivery and fitting were all exactly in line with promised dates. Budget was 100% on plan no "extras surprises". Our house is Victorian and literally nothing is straight - this was no problem to WOW and then end product is absolutely perfect. Seems we will be ordering more! I wanted some bespoke wardrobes to be set into the eaves in my new loft conversion. Jack and Sam were brilliant. They created exactly the storage space I wanted, and made use of every bit of the available space. The wardrobes they created are perfect, and are a wonderful addition to the new room. Sam and Jack at WOW Interior Design have done an outstanding job creating our media wall. From the first meeting and design ideas right through to the finishing touches, they were professional, thoughtful, and easy to work with. Sam’s eye for detail, quality craftsmanship, and pride in his work were exceptional throughout. He also left the space spotless at the end of each day, which made the whole process so much easier. The finished wall has completely changed the feel of our living room — it now feels warm, elegant, and far more spacious. A genuine five-star experience from start to finish. These wardrobes have transformed our bedroom. Well made and beautifully fitted, tailored to our bespoke requirements. 100% recommendation. The reason I chose this company was because I was given a fixed price, with no endless sales calls or reductions in price multiple times. We had two wardrobes made and fitted by Jack and Sam at Wow Interior Design. They were very patient with me during the design process, providing different quotes, answering all my questions and helping me decide what I needed. When it came to fitting them, the process was very quick, easy and clean. Sam was very kind and respectful of us and our home. He removed our old wardrobes and fitted the new ones without even a scratch in either of the rooms and cleaned up afterwards as if he had never been there. The wardrobes are exactly what we wanted and look amazing. We were very impressed at how easy the process was, how reasonable the cost was and couldn't be happier with the results.
